For homeowners, it is not always easy to tell if you have hail damage from the ground. It takes the trained eye of a knowledgeable roofing professional to determine the extent of your damage. Hail Damage may seem non-threatening and harmless, however, that is untrue.

That why it is so important to let a trained hail professional take a non-obligation look at your roof and help you get it replaced. This gives you an uncompromised roof and peace of mind. If you suspect you may have damage, are missing shingles, see other roofs in your area being replaced, or know that storms have passed through your area.

If you suspect your home has been damaged by wind or hail storms. Contact us and set up a free roof inspection. Below is an explanation of the process:

If your roof has wind or hail damage we will show you the proof of the damage and assist you in contacting your insurance claims office to get a temporary claim number. This action does not obligate you or your insurance company to replace the roof.

The insurance company will then assign a claim adjuster to inspect the roof for wind and / or hail damage.

A Bell Construction Insurance Claims Specialist will meet with the insurance adjuster to verify the roof damage.

When your insurance claim has been approved by the adjuster, the insurance adjuster will then supply you with an itemized list for replacement of the roof. This itemized list will have an estimated replacement cost. The adjuster will then supply you with a check for your roof replacement. This check will cover the material costs, etc. for your roof replacement.

Bell Construction will contract with you for replacement of your roof for insurance proceeds.

When you are completely satisfied with your project final payment is due to Bell Construction.

Bell Construction will submit a final invoice, also known as a Letter of Completion, to your insurance company and they will send you a final payment check that will cover the remaining cost of the re-roofing project.

All of our services are free to you. If your roof claim does not get approved by your insurance company then you owe us nothing. If your insurance claim does get approved you owe us nothing until your job is completed and you are 100% satisfied with our services.
